Most of our orders ship with UPS or USPS. Lower 48 or continental states will ship with UPS while other such as Hawaii, Alaska, and International will most likely ship with USPS.
Tracking information will automatically be sent to you when the shipping label is created. For your package security, most packages will require a signature to receive.
Normal purchases have a 14-day return window, effective as of shipping delivery date.
All returns must be returned in the same condition (Brand New) they were shipped in and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Function Werk Inc. also reserves the right to decline any returns with or without any cause.
